装配式预应力混凝土道面是一种特殊的混凝土路面,在机场工程中具有广阔的应用前景。通过建立三维有限元模型对装配式机场预应力混凝土道面承载性能的影响因素进行正交分析,并分析了各因素的影响效果。研究结果表明:板厚的影响最大;增加面层与基层的结合程度和提高基层的弹性模量可以有效改善道面的承载性能;当预应力为2MPa时,道面的承载性能最佳;面层弹性模量的影响程度最小。因此,在进行装配式机场预应力混凝土道面的设计、施工时应注意选择合理的结构参数。
Prefabricated prestressed concrete pavement is a special kind of concrete pavement, and it is a very promising technology in airport engineering. The influence factors of prefabricated airport prestressed concrete pavement has been orthogonal analyzed by building the 3D finite element model and the impact effect of each factor has also been analyzed. The results have indicated that: the thickness of concrete slab is the largest influence factor; the increase of combination degree between concrete slab and base course or the increase of base course elastic modulus will improve the bearing capacity of the pavement effectively; when the prestress is 2 MPa, the pavement capacity will be the best; the elastic modulus concrete slab has the minimum influence on the pavement capacity. Therefore, more attention must be paid to select the proper structure parameter during prefabricated airport prestressed concrete pavement design and construction.
