英文摘要：

Hypospadias gains more and more attention recently and phthalate acid esters（PAEs）,which is widespread in the environment and affects human health seriously,especially the male fertility system,is considered as one of the effect factors.Leydig cell is one of the target cells of PAEs,but the mechanism is still unclear.Here is to make a review of the recent findings about PAEs effects on Leydig cell,and how Leydig cell is affected in the course of phthalate-mediated hypospadias,so as to provide new ideas for the further study and exploration.
