日趋严酷的服役环境使得混凝土磨蚀冲蚀与其它环境因素(氯盐侵蚀、硫酸盐侵蚀、冻融循环等)联合作用的问题愈来愈突出,其后果是导致重要水工、海工混凝土结构反复维修甚至过早失稳破坏,造成严重的经济损失。本文从环境因素和工程服役特性出发,对混凝土在不同工况条件下磨蚀冲蚀类型、破坏机理、评价方法、微结构调控机制等方面进行了阐述,指出需更加重视磨蚀冲蚀与其他环境因素联合作用下混泥土耐久性的研究,为高性能抗冲耐磨混凝土的研究与设计提出了建议。
Concrete becomes more and more invulnerable to abrasion/erosion degradation upon severe envi-ronmental exposure,especially when the service condition is coupled with chloride salt penetration,sulfateattack,and freezing-thawing cycles,etc. This degradation leads to repeated maintenance or service interrup-tion to significant hydraulic and marine infrastructure, resulting in tremendous economic losses. Startingfrom environmental influence and engineering service characteristics,this paper discusses the concrete resis-tance to abrasion-erosion degradation and failure modes under different service conditions. The testing meth-ods for concrete resistance to abrasion/erosion, and the microstructural control mechanism are evaluated,and the recommendations for development of high performance concrete for abrasion/erosion resistance appli-cations are proposed.
