针对不同时空出租车资源的“供求匹配”,选取了出租车空驶率与乘客平均等车时间作为供求指标,建立了城市出租车网络平衡模型。并结合北京市不同地区居民打车的数据记录,得到城市经济较为发达的分区出租车资源供不应求,经济较为薄弱的分区供大于求;白天高峰期和夜间低峰期出租车资源供不应求;其他时段供大于求;供求平衡的情况极少。同时为了检验出租车补贴方案能否缓解“打车难”问题,建立了模糊层次分析模型。最后策划出一种等级模式下的打车补贴方案来缓解现实生活中出现的“打车难”的情况。
