采用固相反应的方法制备了Pb(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3(PZT)压电陶瓷,研究了过量PbO对Pb(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3压电陶瓷性能的影响。通过XRD和SEM研究了PbO过量对Pb(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3压电陶瓷的晶相结构及显微形貌的影响,研究结果表明PbO过量不会影响Pb(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3材料的相结构(均为钙钛矿结构),但是PbO过量太多,会出现过烧现象及气孔等,PbO过量为5%mol时结晶最好。测量了样品的密度、电阻率、压电系数以及介电性能,对这些测量结果的研究表明采用850℃预烧、1250℃终烧的烧结工艺,PbO过量为5%mol的Pb(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3压电陶瓷致密性好,密度最大,且具有良好的介电与压电性能,其压电系数最大为322pC/N。
The piezoelectric ceramics Pb (Zr0.52 Ti0.48 )O3 (PZT) are prepared by traditional sohd-synthesis. The Effect of PbO on Properties of Pb( Zr0.52Ti0.48 )O3 Ceramics are studied. The effect of PbO in different content on phase structure and microstructure of PZT ceramics are investigated by X - ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The phase structure of PZT will not be affected by PbO (perovskite) in excessive content. When the content of PbO is more excessive, the phenomena of over sintering and pore will appear. PZT + 0. 5mol PbO is optimized crystal. The density, de resistivity, piezoelectric and dielectric properties are measured. The results show that the optimum composition is PZT + 0.5% molPbO which have good dielectric and piezoelectric characteristics by pre - sintering at 850℃ and sintering at 1 250℃. The maximum value of piezoelectric constant d33 is found to be 322 pC/N.
