将土种资料转化为土系的必要性与可行性分析

在对我国土壤基层分类发展历程进行简短回顾的基础上,分析了将土种资料转化为土系的必要性,和将第二次全国土壤普查建立的土种转化为土系的可行性,并指出了在土种转化为土系过程中应当注意的问题。研究结果表明,经过大量土壤学家的多次讨论修改,全国第二次土壤普查最终汇总时所建立的土种(或称"新土种")已接近土系的涵义,以此为基础,辅以必要的野外实地补充调查,根据土系划分的原则、标准和方法,将土种转化为土系是可行的。如果能够通过认真分析、比较、归纳、总结已建立的"新土种"资料,将其转化的土系,就能够使大量宝贵的土壤普查资料充分发挥作用,节约大量的时间和资金,这是在大规模开展新一轮土壤普查前,加速我国土壤系统分类的基层分类研究进程,完善我国土壤系统分类体系,使土壤调查资料能够更好地为生产实际服务有效途径。

英文摘要:

On the base of the brief review of the development course about the lower category soil classification in China,the significance of converting soil species (SP) oriented on the information of obtained during the Second General detailed Soil Survey into soil series (SE) in Chinese Soil Taxonomy newly established was discussed in this paper.At the same time,the feasibility converting SP into SE was analyzed.Furthermore,some main technique issues related to the process of converting SP into SE were pointed out.The results obtained showed that the connotation of SP established in the Second General detailed Soil Survey had approached to that of SE,which laid a solid foundation for concerting SP into SE.So it is feasible to shift SP into SE according to the principle,criterion and methods for establishing SE,on the base of the information of SP,integrating necessary field survey when it is necessary.It is significant to concert SP into SE,which not only make full use of the valuable results obtained from the Second General detailed Soil Survey and save a lot of time and outlay,but also accelerate the consummation of the lower category soil classification in Chinese Soil Taxonomy before carrying out new soil survey nationwide.
