加强工程文化建设,发挥文化导向作用,不仅有助于降低工程事故发生,更有助于提升工程综合效益。由于工程与企业各方面的不同,导致其组织文化在价值观念、形成方式等的不同。本文分别从运行环境、组织形式、群体构成和领导者四个角度,通过分析工程与企业的差异,得出有益于工程文化建设的几点建议。
The significance of engineering culture construction is not only helpful to reduce accidents but also helpful to improve comprehensive benefit. The differences between engineering and corporate will lead to the diversity in its organization culture, such as values and construction pattern. This paper first compares the differences in external environment, organization form, group constitution and leaders between engineering and corporate, then the paper makes suggestions to engineering culture construction.
