The quality of weapon equipment has been become one of the important markings that measures a national defense modernization level. The main target of strategic research about weapon equipment development is assuring the exaltation of the whole war power of the equipment. After summing up the concept of weapon development stratagem and its related problem, this text combines the instance of our army current weapon equipment development and faces the opportunity, puts forward the suggestion and countermeasure of acceleration our army weapon equipments spanning development.
