在分析纺织工业面临的"十三五"发展形势与智能制造建设任务的基础上,探讨了大数据技术在新一代工业革命中的关键地位,详细阐述了大数据对制造过程的透明化、精益化、高效化和智能化作用。基于工业4.0参考架构与中国智能制造标准化参考模型,分析了纺织智能制造的具体需求,以及信息物理融合技术与大数据技术在纺织智能制造中的核心地位与驱动作用。提出了大数据驱动的纺织智能制造平台体系架构,阐述了横向集成、纵向集成与端到端集成3项智能制造工作,以及基于大数据平台的产品设计智能化、生产组织智能化、营销智能化、售后服务智能化等应用场景。
As the development of the 13 th Five-Year Plan and intelligent manufacturing,the textile industry is encouraged to be smarter. This paper pointed out the key position of big data technology in the coming new generation of industrial revolution,and set forth the effect of big data on transparentizing,refining,high efficiency and intellectualization of the manufacturing process. According to the industry4. 0 reference frame and the standard reference model of intelligent manufacturing in China,this paper analyzed the detail requirement of intelligent textile manufacturing,and the key position and the drive effect of the information physical fusion technology and big data technology in the intelligent textile manufacturing. The authors proposed a big-data-driven framework for intelligent textile manufacturing,expounded the three basic tasks in intelligent manufacturing: horizontal integration,vertical integration and end-to-end integration,and finally discussed some typically application occasion such as product design intellectualization,production organization intellectualization,sale intellectualization and after-sale service intellectualization based on the big data platform.
