In order to mobilize all social forces to increase the nursing staff training, and to meet the demands of social old-age nursing, the thesis investigated and analyzed the present situation of nursing staff and demands of old-age nursing in Taizhou City, thus, three nursing staff training mode, the night training, gathered full-time training and education with record of formal schooling, are recommended.
