Comparing to traditional vaccines,epitope-vaccine displays many advantages.The most outstanding advantage for epitope-vaccine is that it can avoid the disadvantages of virus-excretion and virulence recovery.In addition,the epitope-vaccine is atoxic and stable.Therefore,the epitope-vaccine meets to the developing direction of future vaccine.Design of epitope-vaccine needs to carry out from epitope-screening,optimization and assemblage of epitopes,etc.Presently,we will give an introduction to designing strategy and application of epitope-vaccine.
