以梵净山野百合鳞片为外植体,比较了不同激素种类及浓度对愈伤组织和不定芽诱导的影响,旨在建立野百合鳞片组织培养再生体系。结果表明：最佳愈伤组织诱导培养基为MS＋6-BA 1.0mg/L＋2,4-D 0.2mg/L＋NAA 0.1mg/L,最佳不定芽诱导培养基为MS＋6-BA 0.5mg/L＋2,4-D 0.1mg/L＋NAA 0.1mg/L。
英文摘要：
Effects of different hormone combinations on calli and bud proliferation of Lilium brownii from Fanjing mountain were studied,using bulb scale as explants to develop an efficient regeneration system.The result showed that the optimal medium for callus induction was MS medium supplemented with 1.0mg/L 6-BA,0.2mg/L 2,4-D and 0.1mg/L NAA.The suitable medium for buds was MS medium supplemented with 0.5mg/L 6-BA,0.1mg/L 2,4-D and 0.1mg/L NAA.
