激烈的市场竞争要求企业在开放式创新网络中,通过内外资源的整合不断提升自身的竞争能力,因此整合是企业动态能力的集中表现。通过对三家传统制造企业的调研,抽象地建立了一个概念性理论动态模型,分析企业在创新网络中,在原有技术基础上通过整合新技术资源与市场的协同整合,对竞争优势产生动态变化关系。发现技术组合中,新技术的作用固然很重要,但新技术与原有技术的比例才是实现商业价值的关键。从战略观点看,最大的提升效应不是来自于采取大多数竞争者所采取的单一优化策略,而是采用一种特殊的、独特的战略资源组合和次序,寻求最优的组合优势。
The fierce market competition requires enterprise improve their competence continuously by the integra- tion of resources in the innovation networks. So the ability of integration is the concentrated expression of the dy- namic capabilities. Based on the investigation of three traditional manufacturing enterprises, a conceptual model is abstract to analyze the dynamic relationships and outcomes which resulted from the interactions between technolo- gy and markets in networks. The different technologies portfolio and integration of technologies and markets can produce different competitive advantages in a specific stage. From the strategic point of view, the biggest ascen- sion effect is not to take a single optimization strategy which is taken by most competitors, but to use a kind of special, unique strategic combination of resources in order, to explore the best portfolio of advantages
