以网球拍用7075铝合金为研究对象,研究终时效处理时间对合金显微组织、显微硬度、耐腐蚀能力的影响。结果表明,随终时效时间的延长,铝合金的晶粒尺寸先减小后增大,当终时效时间为36 h时取得最小值为211μm;铝合金的显微硬度先增大后减小,当终时效时间为27 h时得到最大值191.62 HV;铝合金的自腐蚀电流先减小后增大,当终时效时间36 h时达到最小,为1.732×10-5 A·cm-2。
Effects of aging treatment on microstructure,micro-hardness and corrosion resistance of 7075 aluminum alloy were studied. Results show that with the increase of aging time,the grain size of 7075 Al alloy decreases first then increases,it reaches its minimum of 211 μm at the time of 36 h; the micro-hardness of 7075 Al alloy increases first then decreases; it reaches its maximum of 191.62 HV at the time of 27 h; the corrosion current density decreases first then increases,and it reaches its minimum of 1.732×10-5A·cm-2at the time of 36 h.
