用等离子喷涂法在钛基体上喷涂一层Ti_4O_7和TiB_2的混合物作为中间过渡层,以提高钛基体的耐蚀性能、改善钛基体的导电性;然后在Ti/Ti_4O_7+TiB_2中间过渡层上电镀PbO_2活性层,从而制备出一种新型的“三明治”结构的钛阳极。实验结果表明:喷涂后的钛基体主由TiO_2、Ti_4O_7和TiB_2三种物相组成;TiB_2的加入能够显著提高Ti/Ti_4O_7的导电性;当TiB_2含量为15%左右时,该电极材料的电化学性能达到最佳。
In order to increase the corrosion resistance and improve the conductivity of titanium substrate, an intermediate layer of Ti4O7 and TiB2 coating on a titanium substrate was obtained by plasma spraying. Then PbO2 active layer was plated on the intermediate layer. Thereby a new type of "sandwich" titanium anode was prepared. The result shows that titanium substrate after plasma spraying is mainly composed of TiO2, Ti4O7 and TiB2, and TiB: can significantly improve the conductivity of Ti/Ti4O7. When adding about 15%TiB2 content, electrochemical properties of the electrode material is best.
