介绍了以Li2CO3、NH4H2PO4、FeC2O4·2H2O为原料,采用固相反应法合成锂离子电池正极材料LiFePO4,以及利用热重-差示量热分析及X-射线衍射分析,研究合成原料的热力学过程及在不同的温度下的晶体生长过程。结果表明:380℃左右LiFePO4开始生成,超过700℃时,产物中产生Fe2P。
The positive material LiFePO4 for Li-ion battery were synthesized by solid-state reaction at different temperatures with Li2CO3, NH4H2PO4, FeC2O4·2H2O as the raw materials. Thermogravimetrie - differential scan calorimetry and X-ray diffraction analysis were used to study the thermodynamic process under the crystal growth process at different temperatures during the synthesis of mixture. The results showed that LiFePO4 began to grow around 380 ℃ and Fe2P was found when the treat temperature was above 700 ℃
