海藻种类多样,资源丰富,提取分离和纯化制备其中结构特殊的有效成分,在藻类天然产品和新药开发等方面有重要意义.本文综述了海藻有效成分的提取分离研究进展,重点介绍了海藻中多糖、脂质、色素、多酚和萜类的提取分离技术,包括溶剂提取、超临界流体提取、加压溶剂提取、超声波辅助提取和微波辅助提取等,以及这些有效成分常用的制备液相色谱、高速逆流色谱等纯化制备技术的应用进展.
Separation and purification of active components from algae are great significant to the development of algal natural products and new drugs.The recent advance on the extraction,separation and purification techniques for the algae active components are summarized and reviewed in this paper.Especially,the application progress of extraction techniques for polysaccharide,lipid,pigment,polyphenol and terpene in algae including solvent extraction,supercritical fluid extraction,pressurized liquid extraction,ultrasonic-assisted extraction and microwave-assisted extraction are summarized.Moreover,the commonly used separation techniques for these active components in algae such as preparative liquid chromatography and high-speed counter-current chromatography are also introduced.
