卵磷脂作为哺乳动物细胞膜结构组成的重要成分,在细胞增殖过程中表现出周期性的变化.卵磷脂生物合成和分解代谢中关键酶的共同作用调节卵磷脂的变化规律,尤其是CTP:磷酸胆碱胞苷转移酶和非钙依赖的磷脂酶A2在其中起着非常重要的调节作用.在简述卵磷脂在细胞周期中的变化规律的基础上,详细阐述了卵磷脂周期性变化规律的调节机理,并就卵磷脂和细胞周期的关系及其重要生物学意义与相关疾病发生关系进行了探讨.
Phosphatidylcholine, as an important structure component of mammalian cell membrane, is regulated in a cell cycle-dependence manner during cell proliferation. The key enzymes in the synthesis and turnover pathways regulate phosphatidylcholine homeostasis together, especially CTP-phosphocholine cytidylyltransferase and calcium-independent phospholipase A2 play a key role in the process. In this review, the rule of phosphatidylcholine regulated in the cell cycle progress was introduced simply and the regulation mechanism of phosphatidylcholine was elucidated in detail. Furthermore, the relationship between phosphatidylcholine and cell cycle, whose biological importance and role in relative diseases were discussed.
