聚(N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮)(PNVP)是一种水溶性高分子材料,广泛应用于生物医药和化妆品行业。黄原酸酯类链转移剂尤其适合于调控非共轭乙烯基单体的可逆加成-断裂链转移(RAFT)聚合。本文合成了[1-(O-乙基黄原酸)乙基]苯作为链转移剂,调控N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)的RAFT聚合,再用正丁胺氨解得到巯基封端的PNVP,并用1H NMR和凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)证明得到了分子量分布较窄、具有末端活性基团的PNVP。

Poly (N-pyrrolidone) is a water-soluble polymer material and has been widely used in the biomedical and cosmetics industry. Xanthate is especially suitable for mediating the reversible addition fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) radical polymerization of non-conjugate vinyl monomers. Poly(N-vinylpyrrolidone) (PNVP) was synthesized by RAFT polymerization using [ 1- (o-ethylxanthyi)ethyl] benzene as a chain transfer agent. The PNVP was ammonolyzed by n-butylamine to yield thiol-capped PNVP. The polymers were characterized by 1H NMR spectra and gel permeation chromatography (GPC). The result showed that PNVP with narrow molecular weight distribution and a terminal active group was obtained.
