研究了二棕榈磷脂酰胆碱生物Langmuir单层膜对不同形貌碳酸钙晶体的成核和取向生长的调控作用.利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)等技术对晶体的结构和形貌进行了表征和观察.结果表明,在生物单分子膜诱导作用下,通过改变饱和溶液中的Ca2+浓度,可以获得块状和花瓣状不同形貌的碳酸钙晶体,且均为沿(104)晶面取向生长的方解石单晶,并进一步探讨了生物单层膜在晶体生长上的调控机理以及Ca2+浓度对膜控晶体形貌的影响机制.
In this paper, the nucleantion and oriented growth of the calcium carbonate crystals induced by di- palmitoylphosphatidylcholine (DPPC) Langmuir monolayers as the template was investigated through a sery of techciques such as SEM and XRD. The results showed that calcium carbonate crystals with cube or petal-like crystal morphology could be obtained by changing the concentration of the calcium carbonate solution under the DPPC Langmuir monolayer. However, the crystal shape of these crystal induced under DPPC monolayer was calcite single crystals with orientated growth along (104) palne. All the results suggested that DPPC Langmuir monolayer could be used as a template to induce and regulate the oriented growth of the calcium carbonate with complex morphologies. Moreover, the regulation mechanism of monolayer to crystal growth and the mechanism of the influence of the calcium concentration on crystal morphology were also further discussed.
