为进一步提高超声-脉冲电沉积制备的纳米Ni-Ti N复合镀层性能并强化镀层与基体的结合,采用激光对镀层进行重熔处理,研究了激光参数对镀层形貌及显微硬度的影响。用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)及显微硬度计观察并分析镀层激光重熔前后形貌、成分及显微硬度。结果表明,经过激光重熔后镀层表面平整、致密度提高、重熔层与基体形成了良好的冶金结合,且表面硬度提高到1298.7 HV0.1。
Laser remelting experiment was carried out on a Ni-TiN Nano composite coating prepared by ultrasonic-pulse electrodeposition to enhance its properties and strengthen combination of the coating and substrate.Effects of laser remelting parameters on microstructure and hardness of the coating were investigated by means of SEM,EDS and microhardness tester.The results show that after laser remelting,the surface is smooth and compact,the combination of the coating and substrate is metallurgical bonding,and the surface microhardness of the coating is increased to 1298.7 HV0.1.
