库存是保证供应链功能合理的一个必要步骤,供应链管理环境下的库存控制管理是供应链管理的重要内容.供应商管理库存(VMI)是一种比较常见方法,它能有效避免需求放大,实施VMI能够降低供应链的整体成本,提高运营效率.本文通过对供应商管理库存模式下单一制造商、单一零售商组成的二级供应链中供需双方和整个供应链的总收益构成的分析,建立了使供应链收益最大的库存控制模型.并对供应商管理库存模式下零售商总需求为常数和为函数的两种情况建立模型,并利用迭代的方法求解需求为函数时的算例.通过调节零售商采购价格的激励机制,调节供应链中供求双方的收益.
Inventory is a necessary process that can ensure the reasonable function of the supply chain and the control on inventory management under the supply chain management is an important content of the supply chain management. Vendor Managed Inventory is a comparatively common method, which can effectively avoid magnifying demand, reduce the total cost of the supply chain and enhance the efficiency of the supply chain. In this paper, after the analysis of the buyer's and the seller's profit function and that of the supply chain in a two-echelon supply chain with single manufacturer and retailer, a inventory controls model has been established, in which the profit of the supply chain is maximal. Then a model with invariable demand and a model with function demand under vendor managed inventory mode have been established respectively and the iterative method is used to handle the later case. In the paper, the price mechanism of regulating the retailer' s purchase price has been taken to eauiooise both oarties' orofit in the supplv chain.
