在美国石油学会基于风险的检验技术(API RP 581 RISK-BASED INSPECTION TECHNOLOGY)规范的基础上,结合我国南海深海石油开发实际,编写了一套功能较全、计算模型更加符合中国南海可能引发的火灾爆炸风险评价软件.软件首先在内核上结合火灾爆炸指数法评价,对待评估对象有整体的危险性认识;为简化API581规范中对喷射火和池火危害半径循环迭代的计算,对公式进行变形,采用MATLAB画出曲线,导出危害半径和热辐射通量直接的关系,可以得到任意热辐射通量下对应的目标距离.其次在概率和风险评价设计中,实现了事件树和风险矩阵的输出.最后在输出结果上结合ACCESS数据库,实现了存储和输出计算数据,方便后期的分析使用.通过和PHAST计算算例的结果比较,软件可靠、有效,并且在概率计算和风险分析上具有优势.
According to the American Petroleum Institute released of RISK-BASED INSPECTION TECHNOLOGY in 2008, combined with the actual oil development of the South China Sea, a set of with comprehensive functions and more reasonable models in line with the South China Sea fire explosion risk assessment software was developed. First, the sof- tware combined the assessment of fire and explosion index method to evaluate the risk of object. In order to simplify the iterative calculation of the jet fire and pool fire hazard radius in API 581 specification, formulas was deformated and curves was drawn using MATLAB. The function of hazard radius and radiation heat flux was derived. The target distance cor- responding to any thermal radiation flux can be gotten. Second, in the design of the probability and risk, the software output event trees and risk matrix. Last, combined with ACCESS database in the output, the software for storage and output of data analysis, was convenient for later use. Compared with the PHAST calculation results, this software is reliable and effective, and has advantages in calculating the probability and risk analysis.
