血小板血管扩张剂刺激磷蛋白(VASP)属于Ena/VASP蛋白家族的主要成员,通常为环磷酸腺苷和环磷酸鸟苷蛋白激酶的作用底物。它参与了各细胞多种功能的调节。近年来,VASP的基础结构研究有了进一步的进展,这一进展促进了其在心血管领域的应用研究,包括VASP检测氯吡格雷抵抗系列研究、VASP评估和干预炎症及应激损伤、VASP对病态心肌细胞功能的保护作用等。而VASP的新近基础研究进展将进一步促进其向实用领域的拓展,并逐步转向临床干预研究及对中、远期预后的评估。
The vasodilator-stimulated phosphoprotein( VASP) is one of the essential protein kinase substratess of cyclic adenosine monophosphate and cyclic guanosinc monophosphate pathway,which belongs to Ena / VASP protein family. VASP exerts kinds of influences and adjustment on the cells function and behavior. Recent researches on its structure attribute to brand new thinking,which also promoted the research of its application in cardiovascular field,including evaluation with VASP in clopidogrel resistance,VASP' s improvement for inflammatory and stress injury and its use in morbidity of myocardial cell for protecting,etc.The basic research on VASP will further promote its development in the practical use,and the study focus has gradually turned to its clinical function and long-term prognosis evaluation.
