生物质热化学转化工艺中,粉状生物质连续、均匀、可控地喂入对于热裂解过程具有直接影响。利用设计开发的旋转刮刀式喂料装置,以花生壳粉为原料,在不同粒径(20-40,40-60,80-100目以及未筛分)、不同料简压力(1000Pa,1500Pa和常压)、不同刮刀个数(1,2,3)以及料筒内不同物料原始高度(150-300mm)条件下,对喂料装置的喂料特性进行了试验研究。结果表明:该喂料装置能够实现生物质粉的连续、稳定喂料,上述因素对于下料速率均具有显著影响。生物质粉的下料速率随着粒径的减小和料筒内气体压力的升高显著增大。两个刮刀时的喂料速率明显高于1个刮刀的,但是继续增加刮刀个数,喂料速率变化将不明显。当喂料器的转速小于26r/min时,物料装填高度对喂料速率的影响不明显;当喂料器的转速大于58r/min时,喂料速率随物料高度的增加显著增大。
In the biomass thermal chemical conversion process, the uniformity and controllable of the it will directly affect the process of biomass cracking liquefaction. A rotary blades feeder was designed and its feeding characteristics was studied. With different types (20 - 40, 40-60, 80-100 meshs and unsieved) of peanuts shell powder in pressure ( 1000 pa , 1500pa, normal pressures ) ,different scraper number ( 1, 2, 3 ) and the different material height ( 150 mm -300 mm) for the test. The results show that: the above factors for material feeding rate all has notable effect. Biomass powder materials in with the decrease of the rate particle size, material of gas pressure in the cylinder increase significantly. Two blades of feeding rate obviously higher than a scraper, but continue to increase the number of scraper, feeding rate changes will not obvious. When the speed of the feeder less than 26 r/min, the loading height on the influence of the feed rate is not apparent, When the speed of the feeder more than 58 r/min, Feeding rate increase significantly with the increase of the height of the material.
