介绍了一种运用Internet技术和数据库技术,采用数据库、服务器、浏览器3层B/S结构模式的水电站中长期优化调度系统。论述了该系统的开发目标、结构功能、关键技术和标准化设计,提出了本系统设计中遇到的关键问题及其解决途径和方法。采用WebService技术和ASP,NET开发工具,开发出了先进、实用、可靠、界面友好和移植性强的应用软件,并在多个水电站运行,应用情况令人满意。

英文摘要:

A mid-long term optimized operation system for hydroporrer stations based on three-layer B/S structure is presented in this paper. The system uses three-layer Bowse/Server/Database framework. The system structure, function, key technologies, normalization and standardization design are emphasized. The key problems of the system are put forward and the methods for solving those problems are given. With a friendly interface, the computer software, which is advanced, adaptive, reliable and easy transplanted is developed by using Web Service and ASP. NET.The software has been applied to operations in many hydropower stations and the results turn out to be satisfying
