采用基于光纤的Bragg光栅测温,既具有分布式光纤测温的优点,又可克服分布式光纤测温精度不高、常规点式测温计数据量少等缺点。在淮河干流南润段进(退)洪闸混凝土工程中,利用光纤Bragg光栅实时在线监测施工期闸墩混凝土的温度变化,以监测数据为基础采用遗传算法反演闸墩混凝土热学参数,根据反演参数仿真分析后续闸墩混凝土施工期温度场和徐变应力场,反馈设计混凝土温控防裂措施,收到了良好效果。
Fiber Bragg grating has advantages such as distributed temperature system,its high precision and a large number of data.Taking the practice in construction of Nan runduan flow in(out) floodgate at the Huaihe River as an example,real-time and monitoring the temperature change of Sluice Pier during the construction period by FBGs on-line,the genetic algorithms are adopted to carry out the relevant thermal parameters of concrete of Sluice Pier based on the monitoring data,then a simulation analysis is made of the thermal field and stress field of concrete of forword Sluice Pier during the construction period with the parameters,timely feedback temperature-control and crack prevention measures.A good effect is achieved.
