[摘要]为比较研究变革型领导与交易型领导对领导有效性的影响,对345份调查数据进行层次回归分析。研究结果表明变革型领导并不一定比交易型领导更有效,这两种领导风格之间并非非此即彼的关系,而是优劣互现,各具影响力,并能相互补充。因此,应该用权变的观点来看待领导者的领导行为,因人、因时、因地灵活地选用不同风格的领导行为,取长补短,以取得领导有效性的最大化。
Abstract: A hierarchical regression analysis was made on data from 345 people to compare the transformational and transactional leadership effectiveness. Results show that transformational leadership is not necessarily more effective than transactional leadership. Nor will one eliminate the other. Rather, they are each influential and complementary, reflecting the other's leading strength and weakness with their own existence. Therefore, styles should be judged with a view to the change and chosen flexibly with the change of people, time and place so as to maximize the effectiveness of leadership.
