噪声抵消结构是一种应用于宽带低噪声放大器的有源匹配电路。噪声抵消的目的是将输入匹配器件引入的噪声在输出端消除。本文针对噪声抵消结构在高频的应用,依据噪声抵消的原理,提出了一种全频带噪声抵消条件。并给出了该条件下,噪声抵消结构的噪声系数随频率变化的解析表达式。通过与仿真结果对比,验证了该解析表达式的准确性。在此基础上,分析了匹配器件的高频噪声不能完全抵消时该结构的噪声系数。最后,提出了一种噪声抵消结构的优化设计方法。
Noise canceling structure is an active matching circuit used in low noise amplifier. Its purpose is to cancel the noise induced by the input matching at the output. A condition for the noise cancellation in full-band was proposed. The analytical expression to explain the dependence of the NF on frequency was presented and proved by the ADS simulation results. Based on the expression and the simulation result, the change of the NF was analyzed when the matching device induced noise can' t be fully cancelled. Finally, an optimization for the noise canceling structure was proposed.
