人类间α胰蛋白酶H5基因(ITIH5)作为ITI家族的一员,是新发现的候选肿瘤抑癌基因,它通过与透明质酸共价连接维持细胞外基质的稳定,阻断肿瘤细胞侵袭、转移和血管的形成,发挥抑癌基因作用。抑癌基因启动子甲基化是肿瘤病因学研究的热点,研究已发现在多种肿瘤发生、发展中,ITIH5基因启动子高甲基化是一种常见的早期事件,是导致ITIH5表达缺失的关键因素。
Inter-α-trypsin inhibitor H5( ITIH5) gene as a member of the family of inter-α-trypsin inhibitor,is a new candidate tumor suppressor gene,which maintains the stability of the extracellular matrix through covalent linkage with hyaluronic acid,blocks the invasion and metastasis of tumor cells and the formation of blood vessels,playing the role of tumor suppressor gene. Tumor suppressor genes methylation is a hotspot of research on tumor etiology,and studies have found in the development of a wide variety of tumors,high methylation of ITIH5 gene promoter is a common early event,which is the key factor of ITIH5 expression missing.
