近二十年来，混合方法研究成为第三种管理研究方法范式，在管理学研究领域的影响日益增长。并行混合研究方法作为混合研究方法两大类型之一，同时使用定性与定量研究两类研究方法，对各种各样管理现象进行三角验证分析的同时产生更深刻的理论洞见，而这是单独使用定性或定量方法所难以企及的。基于对五个管理学顶级期刊中典型论文的剖析，探讨了如何使用并行混合研究方法构建和验证管理学理论的设计策略与应用技巧。研究表明：（1）针对不同的管理学问题，要选择不同的并行设计策略，不同的并行设计策略有不同的特性、优劣势、适用条件和技法；（2）采用并行混合方法设计策略构建和验证管理理论时，要严格遵循并行混合方法研究的规范格式与各项要求，同时要依照一定的指导原则与写作技巧；（3）当前的国内管理领域混合方法研究与国外差距明显，缺乏高水平学术论文，我国学者急需强化用并行混合研究方法构建并验证管理理论的学习和训练。
英文摘要：
Mixed methods research is becoming an increasingly popular approach in management areas during two decades, while gradually formed the third methodological movement. Concurrent research strategies of mixed metho-ds combine qualitative and quantitative research approaches and can help researchers using methodological triangu-lation to develop more accurate and deep insights of phenomena of interest that cannot be fully understood only utilizing qualitative and quantitative methods. Based on the analysis of typical articles published on five top mana-gement journals, this paper discusses the concurrent design strategies and application skills of concurrent mixed methods in building and testing management theory. Findings show that： （1） There are different concurrent design strategies for different issues of management. Different concurrent design strategies have different characteristics, ad-vantages and disadvantages, applicable conditions and application skills; （2） Using concurrent design strategies to build and test management theory, we should strictly follow the standard format and requirements of concurrent de-sign strategies of mixed methods, meanwhile, in accordance with certain guiding principles and writing skills; （3） There is a large gap of the mixed methods research between home and abroad, and there are still lack of high level academic papers, therefore, there is an urgent need for domestic scholars to learn and train of using concur-rent mixed methods for building and testing management theory.
