首先建立格里森制螺旋锥齿轮齿面上齿线方向上一个曲线簇的曲线方程,再结合球面渐开线方程,构建表达螺旋锥齿轮齿面的网格状的曲面模型。在此模型的基础上,根据局部共轭原理,对小齿轮进行修齿计算,得到修齿后小齿轮齿面的曲面离散数据,以满足不完全共轭的啮合要求。将数据导入Pro/Engineer建立齿轮模型,并在Pro/Engineer中进行运动仿真对接触区域进行检验。上述方法简化了建模和修齿过程,并能够简便地调整接触点位置。
The paper establishes equations of one curve cluster on tooth trace orientation of the Gleason spiral bevel gear surface. Then, combining the spherical involute equations, tire mesh surface of the gear tooth is constructed. The pinion is modified based on local conjugacy theorem and the mesh surface data which is fit for loeal conjugacy mesh is obtained. Modeling with these data and motion simulation are carried out in Pro/Engineer to check the mesh contact region. With the method above, fulfilling modeling and tooth modification and adjusting the mesh contact point couht be simple.
