本文以长三角地区为研究对象，运用1990--2014年的相关数据，采用时间序列模型对FDI的国际R＆D溢出对长三角地区自主创新能力的影响做了实证分析。研究结果表明：长三角地区的R＆D投入是自主创新能力提升的主要因素；FDI企业通过国际贸易渠道带来的R＆D溢出对新产品销售收入的影响为正．而FDI企业从事生产经营活动为当地带来的R＆D溢出效应对自主创新能力的影响为负；人力资本存量和制度环境对长三角地区自主创新能力的影响不显著。以上述的回归结果为基础，对长三角地区提出相应的对策建议。

英文摘要：

The paper took Yangtze River Delta as the research object. With relevant data from 1990 to 2014 and using the time series model, this paper empirically analyzed the international R＆D spillover effect of FDI on the independent innovation in Yangtze River Delta. The study indicates the following results. The R＆D input of the Yangtze River Delta is the main factor promoting independent in- novation ability. The R＆D spillover of FDI enterprise through international trade channels has a positive impact on sales revenue of new products, but the R＆D spillover of FDI companies through channels of engaging in the production and business operation has a negative impact on the independent innovation. The stock of human capital and institutional environment have no significant influence on the inde- pendent innovation ability of Yangtze River Delta region. Based on the regression results, this paper put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to Yangtze River Delta region.
