Based on the analysis of the present situation of the prefabricated construction（ PC） at home and abroad,this paper puts forw ard the dangerous sources in the construction stage. Combined w ith the specific case,the LEC method is used to calculate the risk and PC risk rating is realized.According to the classification,the measures to strengthen the safety risk management are put forw ard.It is helpful to provide the basis for the safety risk management of PC.
