针对无刷直流电机的无位置传感器控制"三段式"起动技术的缺陷,以电动自行车为研究对象,采用反电动势过零点检测方法和相位补偿技术,通过改进反电动势检测电路,优化无位置传感器控制的起动方法,设计出基于相位补偿的双模式运行无刷直流电机控制方案,使无刷直流电机可运行在有位置传感器和无位置传感器两种模式下,当位置传感器信号输出正常时,电机默认运行在有位置传感器模式;若位置传感器信号输出不正常,电机自动切换运行在无位置传感器模式。实验证明,反电势检测电路灵敏度高,且很好的实现了相移补偿,两种模式切换过程平稳,运行状态平稳。
Aiming at overcoming shortcoming of "three-step"start method of the brushless DC motor(BLDCM) sensorless control,a dual-mode BLDCM controller was developed based on phase compensation technology by studying electric bicycle,using back electromotive force(back-EMF) detection method and improving the back-EMF detection circuit and position sensorless starting method.By using the technology,BLDCM can be run on position sensor mode and sensorless mode.When the position sensor signal output is normal,the motor is run on the position sensor mode in default;otherwise,when position sensor signal output is abnormal,the motor automatically switches to be run on the mode without position sensor.The experimental result proves that the detection circuit boasts high sensitivity and completely compensates the phase delay;two modes work steadily and the switching process is smooth.
