[目的/意义]电子资源下载管理是数字图书馆运营管理中的重要组成部分。为探究影响用户过度下载行为的因素,从任务驱动与惩罚机制的双重情境出发,在整合沉浸体验理论和时间压力理论的基础上构建理论模型。[方法/过程]实证研究部分,以大学生中经常使用数字图书馆电子资源的群体为样本,采用情境实验结合问卷访谈的方式收集419份有效问卷作为研究数据,并利用SPSS21.0及Amos22.0对模型进行检验。[结果/结论]研究结果显示,感知任务重要性显著正向影响感知过程愉悦性和感知任务紧迫性,感知过程愉悦性和感知任务紧迫性显著正向影响感知过程有用性,感知个人惩罚程度对感知过程有用性具有显著负向影响,感知组织惩罚程度对感知过程有用性没有显著负向影响,感知过程有用性显著正向影响过度下栽意愿。
[Purpose/significance ] Downloading management of electronicresources is an important part of digital li- brary operation management. To explore the influence factors of excessive downloading behaviors, the paper starts from the scenario of task driven and punishment mechanism, and puts forward the theoretical model based on the theories of in- tegrating flow experience and time pressure. [ Method/process ] It makes theEmpirical research part, by selecting under- graduate students who often use digital library electronic resources as samples, collecting 419 valid questionnaires com- bined situational experiment and questionnaire interview, and testing the model with SPSS21.0 and Amos22.0. [ Result/ conclusion]Experimental results show that Perceived Task Importance significantly and positively influences Perceived Task Urgency and Perceived Enjoyment, Perceived Task Urgency and Perceived Enjoyment significantly and positively af- fects Perceived Process Usefulness, Perceived Degree of Personal Punishment has significant negative influence on Per- ceived Process Usefulness, Perceived Degree of Organizational Punishment has no significant negative impact on Perceived Process Usefulness, Perceived Process Usefulness significantly and positively affects Excessive Download Intention.
