为了解决采煤机螺旋滚筒设计手段落后、设计周期长及工作性能差的问题,提出了实例推理的采煤机螺旋滚筒的设计方法。该方法利用实例推理理论与灰色关联分析法对采煤机滚筒的实例进行检索与匹配,得到相似度较高的采煤机滚筒设计方案作为遗传算法的初始种群,以灰色关联理论中的相似度计算公式作为目标函数,通过较优群体参与遗传操作,并运用遗传算法进行实例修改,最终得到合理的设计方案。
In order to solve problems of backward design method, long design cycle, poor working performance of the spiral drum of the shearer, a case-based reasoning design method of the drum was put forward. In the method, the theory of case-based reasoning and the grey correlation analysis method were combined to search and match a case of shearer drum, and the design scheme of a similar shearer drum was obtained, which served as the initial population of genetic algorithm. And then, the similarity calculation formula in the grey correlation theory served as object function, after superior population participating in genetic operation, the case was modified by using genetic algorithm. Finally, reasonable design scheme was obtained.
