本研究选取多环芳酸类化合物9-蒽甲酸作为代表性阴离子识别受体,以紫外-可见吸收光谱法和荧光光谱法作为检测手段,对其与不同阴离子之间的络合作用进行了研究。结果表明,在乙腈溶液中,9-蒽甲酸对SO42-、HPO42-、H2P2O72-及F-表现了较强的亲和力和较高的选择性,而对H2PO4-和ClO4-、Br-、Cl-、BF4-、PF6-、NO3-、HSO4-的识别选择性适中或几乎没有。此外,9-蒽甲酸在与SO42-和HPO42-的相互作用中,会发生荧光猝灭现象,可以进行裸眼检测,是较为理想的二价阴离子识别受体。
The complexation behavior of 9-anthracene carboxylic acid with twelve anions was investigated by UV-vis and fluorescence spectroscopy in acetonitrile.As a result,9-anthracene carboxylic acid exhibited stronger affinities and higher binding selectivity toward divalent anions SO42-,HPO42-,H2P2O72-and monovalent anion F-than H2PO4-,ClO4-,HSO4-,NO3-,BF4-,PF6-,Br-and Cl-.In addition,9-anthracene carboxylic acid showed a dramatic color change upon the additions of SO42-and HPO42-.The anion recognition for SO42-and HPO42-by naked eye would be performed.Thus,9-anthracene carboxylic acid would be an ideal divalent anion recognition receptor.
