研究了改性竹浆黑液高效减水剂的合成工艺,探讨了亚硫酸钠、甲醛用量及缩聚时间对磺化产品减水分散性能、特性黏度及产品收率的影响规律。优化的最佳工艺为:m(S):m(L):m(F)=0.56:1.00:0.50,磺化反应时间1h,缩聚反应时间3h,此工艺条件下合成的产品记为GCL1-J。对GCL1-J的结构和物化性能进行测定,结果表明,磺化竹浆黑液GCL1-J分子中含有很多的磺酸基和酮羰基,使产物具有更大的静电分散性能。GCL1-J有一定的缓凝和保水作用。掺量为0.6%时,掺GCL1-J的砂浆减水率为24.4%,比FDN高7个百分点,同龄期的砂浆抗折强度比及抗压强度比均高于FDN,综合性能已达到高效减水剂FDN的标准,且性价比优于FDN。
The graft-sulfonated bamboo pulping liquor was prepared. The effect of sodium sulfite, formaldehyde and polycondensation time on the performance and yield of sulfonated product was studied. The product GCL1-J was prepared in the optimal conditions of m(S) :m(L) :m(F) = 0. 56:1. 00:0. 50, sulforiation reaction time of 1 h and polycondensation reaction time of 3 h. The structure and performance of GCL1-J were tested. IR spectrum showed that many sulfonic acid groups and ketone carbonyl groups are grafted into lignin of bamboo pulping liquor, which improves static dispersity of the product. GCL1-J has a retardation effect and water retention property. When w (GCL1-J) = 0. 6%, water reducing rate of mortar is 24.4%, which is 7% higher than that of FDN. The rupture strengths and compressive strengths of mortar of 3 d, 7 d and 28 d are higer than that of FDN respectively, indicating that over-all performance of GCL1-J reaches the standard of FDN and its ratio of performance to cost is higher than FDN.
