采用水培法分别测定不同浓度下胺苯磺隆对玉米根长、芽长和鲜重以及对水稻根长和芽长的影响。结果表明:在水培4d后,胺苯磺隆对玉米主根长、芽长和鲜重的IC50分别为13.19、74.47、31.27ng(a.i)/L。水培3d后胺苯磺隆对水稻主根长和芽长的IC50分别为12.61、117.81ng(a.i)/L。玉米和水稻分别在2—40ng(a.i)/L和10—50000ng(a.i)/L浓度范围对胺苯磺隆表现出有良好的线性相关。就胺苯磺隆浓度变动范围而言,玉米更适合充当检测胺苯磺隆土壤残留的生测作物。
The inhibitory effects of ethametsuffuron with different concentrations on the growth of maize and rice were measured by hydropcnic culture experiment. The results showed that, after breeding maize in water for 4 days, the IC50 were 13.19,74.47,31.27 ng(a. i)/L of ethametsulfuron separately to the length of taproot and bud, and the fresh weight of taproot. After cultivating rice by water for 3 days,the IC50 were 12.61 and 117.81 ng(a.i)/L of ethametsulfuron separately to the length of taproot and bud. The maize and rice showed linear correlation of ethametsulfuron with different concentration range, separately from 2 ng( a. i)/L to 40 ng(a.i)/L and from 10 ng. a. i/L to 50 000 ng(a.i)/L. As for as the contentration range of fluctuation concerned, the maize was much more fit to be the bioassay crop to mensurate ethametsulfuron residues than rice.
