针对故障机械系统的复杂性与非线性,给出一种基于延迟向量方差(delay vector variance,DVV)及非线性滴定的机械故障诊断方法。首先采用DVV算法对故障信号进行非线性检测,通过DVV分布图或DVV散点图定性描述故障信号的非线性强度。然后通过非线性滴定法对故障信号进行滴定,以滴定均值作为故障判据,对不同故障进行定量刻画。实验及工程实例结果证明了该方法的有效性。研究结果为机械故障诊断提供了一种定性及定量分析方法。
Aiming at the complexity and nonlinearity of the fault machine system,a new method for fault diagnosis based on DVV(delay vector variance)and nonlinear titration was introduced.DVV algorithm was used to detect nonlinearity of the fault signals firstly,and the qualitative description about nonlinearity of the fault signals were given by DVV plot or DVV scatter diagram.Nonlinearity of different fault signals were then analyzed quantitatively by titration averages using nonlinear titration method.Results of experimental and engineering test indicate that the method is effective and it provides a qualitative and quantitative analysis way in machinery fault diagnosis.
