Akt在FGF21预防糖尿病心肌病中的作用研究

目的探讨女性2型糖尿病患者视网膜病变与血微量元素水平间的关系。方法以温州医科大学附属第三医院2012年11月~2013年5月收治的89例女性2型糖尿病患者为研究对象(糖尿病组),并选取50名正常女性作为对照组。糖尿病组依据眼底摄片检测结果分为视网膜病变组及无视网膜病变组。对比分析各组患者血中的铜、锌等微量元素的含量差异。结果糖尿病组患者血中锌[(92.49±14.75)μmol/L比(98.69±10.35)μmol/L]、镁元素[(1.47±0.14)mmol/L比(1.68±0.14)mmol/L]的含量明显低于对照组,且组间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),而铜元素[(13.21±2.99)μmol/L比(12.17±2.41)μmol/L]的水平则高于对照组(P〈0.05)。视网膜病变组患者血中铁[(7.97±1.17)mmol/L比(8.44±1.01)mmol/L]、锌元素[(86.26±15.25)μmol/L比(99.07±10.76)μmol/L]含量低于无视网膜病变的患者,且组间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),铜元素的含量高于无视网膜病变组[(13.89±2.30)μmol/L比(12.46±2.80)μmol/L1,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。糖尿病视网膜病变相关因素分析结果显示,锌、铁、铜含量与糖尿病视网膜病变相关(P〈0.05)。结论锌、镁元素缺乏及铜元素过量与女性2型糖尿病密切相关,锌、铁元素缺乏.铜元素过量与女性2型糖尿病患者视网膜病变密切相关,且均为独立相关因素。

Objective To investigate the correlation between retinopathy of female patients with type 2 diabetes melli- tus and blood trace elements. Methods 89 female patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from November 2012 to May 2013 were selected as DM group. 50 cases of normal women were selected as control group. According to eyeground radiography test results patients in DM group were di- vided into retinopathy group and non- retinopathy group. The serum concentration of trace elements (Zn, Cu, ect.) of the three groups were compared. Results The levels of serum Zn [(92.49±14.75) μmol/L vs (98.69±10.35) μmol/L], Mg [(1.47±0.14) mmol/L vs (1.68±0.14) mmol/L] of the DM group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05); while the level of Cu [(13.21±2.99) μmol/L vs (12.17±2.41) μmol/L] of the DM group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). The lev- els of Fe [(7.97±1.17) mmol/L vs (8.44±1.01) mmol/L] and Zn [(86.26-±15.25) μmol/L vs (99.07±10.76) μmol/L] of the retinopathy group were lower than those of the non-retinopathy group, the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05); while the level of Cu [(13.89±2.30) μmol/L vs (12.46±2.80) μmol/L] of the retinopathy group was higher than that of the non-retinopathy group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Results of relative factors analysis of patients with diabetic retinopathy showed that Zn, Fe, Cu were related with diabetic retinopathy (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Both deficiency of serum Zn and Mg and excessive serum Cu play independent risk roles on type 2 dia- betes mellitus, while both deficiency of serum Zn and Fe and excessive Cu independently affect the diabetic retinopa- thy in female with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
