将化学链技术应用于化石燃料的产氢脱碳工艺中,在提高系统整体效率和降低CO2捕集成本方面具有突破性优势,正迅速发展成为一种能够替代常规产氢脱碳技术的新兴技术。综述了国内外的最新进展,探讨和分析了化学链用于化石燃料产氢脱碳的技术途径和基本原理,并对系统性能、反应器设计和固体循环物料的开发等方面作出了论述和分析,并给出了技术路线选择的基本原则。
The application of chemical looping technology to hydrogen production coupling with carbon capture from fossil fuel has the potential of breakthroughs in improving the overall plant efficiency and reducing carbon capture cost. As a rapidly emerging technology,it is a substitute of the conventional hydrogen production process under the carbon constrain world of near future. In this paper,we present a brief overview on the advance of chemical looping technology when applied to hydrogen production from fossil fuel. The technical approaches and fundamental principles associated to this rapidly emerging area were discussed,and further these aspects were analyzed with a particular focus on system performance, reactor design and development of cycling materials. Some important suggestions were also given in conclusions.
