Zhaofa Zeng received a B.S. （1988）, an M.S. （1991）in Applied Geophysics from Changchun University of Earth Sciences, and a Ph.D. （1997） in Geophysics from Changchun University of Science and Technology, China. From October 2001 through October, 2002, he was a visiting scholar at Tohoku University, Japan. From 2006 to present, he is a visiting professor at Delaware State University, USA. He is currently also a Professor at Jilin University. His research work is focusing on GPR, electromagnetic, and other geophysical methods in engineering and environment applications. He is a member of Chinese Geophysical Society.
