基于系统观思想,提出外部动力和内部资源对绿色供应链管理实践影响的概念模型。以制度理论为基础,开发强制性压力、正规化动力和竞争力题项;以资源基础观为基础,开发有形资源、无形资源和能力的题项。通过对289份企业问卷的分析,勾画动力、能力转换为绿色供应链管理的框架模型。研究结果显示:有形资源、无形资源和能力对绿色供应链管理外部动力转化为实践有调解影响。但对不同压力调解影响的方向和程度各不相同。
This paper puts forward a systematic conceptual model of external drivers and internal resource for GSCM implementation. It develops questions of coercive, normative and mimetic pressure based on the institutional theory, and questions of tangible & intangible resource and capability based on the resource-based view. By analyzing results from 289 questionnaires, this paper develops a framework model explaining how drivers and capability can be transformed to GSCM practice. Resource has significant moderating effects for the relationships between GSCM drivers and practice. However, different resource has different or even conversely moderating effects.
