渔船用海水冰片机的工艺与性能研究

为解决海洋捕捞渔获储藏运输时品质难以保证的难题,从研制适用于船载的海水冰生产装置出发,提出了一种海水直接连续生产片冰的海水冰片机。在对海水结冰机理研究的基础上,研发了冰片机的结构和基于PC的自动控制系统,同时对关键部件冰筒的热交换性能进行了仿真分析,形成了冰筒“套合”工艺,对压缩机、冷凝器等进行了选配。研制的渔船用海水冰片机在实船试验,连续生产了-10--13℃片状海水冰,冰厚2.0—2.2mm,制冰能力120~133kg/h。结果表明,海水冰片机为海洋渔获实现原域海水片冰保鲜及其它工程领域应用片冰提供了一种全新的片冰生产工艺和装备。

英文摘要:

To guarantee the quality of marine catches during the storage and transportation, this paper proposes a slice ice machine to constantly produce slice ice with the direct use of seawater, from the perspective of developing marine slice ice production equipment. Based on studies of the freezing mechanism of seawater, this paper develops the flake ice machine structure and PC-based automatic control system, and also makes a simulation analysis of heat exchange performance of ice container, one of the key components of machine. Then it develops the "fitting" technology of ice container, and makes selections of the compressor, condenser, etc. The developed marine slice ice machine constantly produced flake sea ice on Yueyang 67033 and other fishing vessels, which was of - 10 - - 13 ~C with the thickness of 2.0 -2.2 ram, and the ice-making capacity of the machine was of 120 - 133 kg/h. The results show that the marine slice ice machine provides a totally new slice ice production technology and equipment for the marine catch preservation with the local seawater- made slice ice, and other engineering areas which use slice ice, which solves the corrosion problem of common machine components when used to produce seawater ice, and provides a reference for similar studies.
