Optimizing points in Lei Feng volunteer service activities in universities refer to ＂spirit-guided＂ dynamism, ＂formalized＂ mechanism, and integrity of both. ＂Spirit-guided＂ dynamism strengthens the internal driving force; ＂formalized＂ mechanism enhances the sustainable development. Combination of the two sectors will enhance the harmonious growing force that can foster and practice the socialist core values thoroughly, concretely and specifically.
