建设世界一流大学需要丰裕的财政经费支持。美国AAU核心研究型大学自成立之日起就将筹资视为事关大学发展的战略任务,开展各种形式的筹资活动,并形成了独特的筹资文化。美国AAU核心研究型大学的筹资策略主要有：以知识理性为前提,坚守大学筹资伦理;设立专业的筹资机构,大力开发校友资源;招募专业的筹资队伍,提高大学筹资效率;建立完善的筹资制度,提高资金使用透明度。这些成功的筹资策略为我国研究型大学筹集办学资金提供了有益的借鉴。

英文摘要：

The development of world-class university requires abundant financial resources.Considering fundraising as a strategic task for university development,the core research-oriented universities of Association of American Universities（ AAU） have launched various forms of fundraising activities and developed unique fundraising culture ever since their founding.The fundraising strategies of core research-oriented universities of AAU are summarized as follows：sticking to university ethics on the premise of rational knowledge;establishing specialized financing institutions and vigorously tapping alumni resources;recruiting professional teams to improve fundraising efficiency;establishing a comprehensive financing system to improve the transparency of fund use.These successful financing strategies provide useful references for research-oriented universities in China.
