在设计可承受围压的磨料射流喷射实验装置基础上,选取低孔低渗的石灰岩及套管试件,改变喷射压力、围压、喷嘴直径、喷射距离等因素,分析磨料射流切割套管及岩心的特性。结果表明,喷射压力、喷嘴直径等是影响磨料射流喷射效果的主要控制因素,喷射压力及喷嘴直径越大,喷射效果越好,射孔深度越深;射穿套管的时间对喷距及围压较为敏感,但岩样中的射孔深度对二者变化时的响应较小。
On the basis of the experimental device design for the abrasive water jet under ambient pressures, the low porosity and permeability limestone and the casing were selected to investigate the characteristics of casing cutting with abrasive water jet and sample core by changing the parameters of nozzle pressure drop, ambient pressure, nozzle diameter, and stand-off distance, etc. The results show that the nozzle pressure drop and nozzle diameter are the critical factors affecting the perfora-tion depth. The depth increases with the nozzle pressure drop and diameter going up. And the perforation time is more sensi-tive to the stand-off distance and ambient pressure. However, the perforation depth of the sample core has less response to the variation of the above two parameters.
