选取黏度分别属于普通稠油、特稠油、超稠油、特超稠油的GD排15-0、GD排13-10、单56-16-10、56-9-11、单113-P1、郑411系列、坨826系列等13个胜利油田稠油样品,利用液相色谱法将其分离成饱和分、芳香分、胶质、沥青质四个组分;采用VPO法分别测定各组分的平均相对分子质量;采用元素分析仪和原子吸收光谱仪测定其元素组成与金属含量。研究结果表明,沥青质含量是影响稠油黏度的主要因素,胶质含量对原油黏度也有重要影响,稠油黏度随胶质、沥青质总量增大而增加;胶质沥青质组分的高相对分子质量是其影响体系黏度的主要原因;组分杂原子含量和金属元素含量对稠油黏度均有一定影响。
The 13 samples including GD Pai1 5-0,GD Pai1 3-10,Shan 56-16-10,56-9-11,Shan 113-P1,Zheng 411 and Tuo 826,which were classified into ordinary heavy oil,heavy oil,extra heavy oil and super-heavy oil,were fractioned into four components of saturates,aromatics,resins,and asphaltenes by liquid chromatogram.The relative molecular mass of fractions was measured by VPO method,and the element composition and the mental content of fractions were measured by elemental analysis and atomic absorption spectrometry.It could be concluded that the content of asphaltenes and resins played a decisive role in the viscosity of heavy oil.The viscosity of the heavy oil would be great if the content of resins and asphaltenes was high.The high relative molecular mass was the main reason for the resins and asphaltenes impacting the viscosity of the samples.The viscosity of heavy oil was also affected by the content of heteroatom or metals of fraction.
